INTERACTIVEInteractivity adds movement to your exhibits at a fraction of the cost of animation, while allowing you to control the flow of information. You or your assistant interacts with the exhibit by moving a slider or clicking on buttons and data markers. Interactive exhibits are ideal for conveying a change in events over time, such as the progression of a pressure sore, the growth of a hematoma or distress in childbirth on a fetal monitor strip. They can also be used to clarify a radiograph with the addition of color and detail and a fade between the two to enhance credibility and understanding.
Decubitus Ulcer/Pressure SoreProgression of sacral pressure sores or decubitus ulcers through 4 stages over a period of time. In this case, a tunnel developed between two ulcers. The illustration on the right shows the depth of the ulcer down to bone over the spine. Click each date from left to right on the bar below to watch the ulcer worsen.
Enhanced Lumbar MRIAn MRI of a lumbar spine with herniated discs at L4/5 and L5/S1. Move this slider at left of the drawing up and down to fade between the MRI and illustration enhancement. |
